Its amazing how many people can care about me, and really would like me to feel better, and I still feel alone. I have "friends" everywhere. I go anywhere in Lancaster county, and I'd probably know someone not too far from there. I wonder how many are really friends, and how many don't really care.

I want to go into a coma for like 3 weeks, just so I can see who would really come and see me every day. Everyone I know would come and visit once, people I'm friends with maybe would come twice, but there's precious few that I know would be sitting there every day waiting for me to wake up.
